1. Performance & Use

       The flange immersion stainless steel heating element is centrally heated via welding a plurality of heating pipes on the flange. It is mainly used for heating in open and closed solution tank and circulation system.
       The invention has the advantages of large surface power, 2 - 4 times of air heating surface load, high density and compact structure. Because the whole is short and dense, the stability is good, and no bracket is needed for installation.
       Most of the combined heat pipe adopts argon arc welding method to connect the electric heating pipe to the flange, also can use the form of fastening device, namely each electric heating pipe welding by fasteners. And then locked with the flange cover using nuts. The tube is argon arc welded to the fastener and never leaks. The fastener seal uses a scientific process. Single replacement is extremely convenient, greatly saving the maintenance cost in the future.

Matters needing attention:

       Liquid heating, dry burning or dehydration is strictly prohibited
       Please place the heating pipe in an air-drying place when the heating pipe is not used for a long time, keep the plastic bag sealed, and do not place it in a humid environment. when the insulation is low, it can be dried in a 200ºC oven.
