This is an industrial thermocouple temperature sensor (likely type K), also known as a high-temperature temperature probe, a core component for precise temperature measurement in industrial equipment.

Product Introduction:

It mainly consists of three parts: a stainless steel temperature probe, a high-temperature braided sheath cable, and quick-connect connectors. This design ensures the probe's durability in high-temperature environments and enhances the cable's wear resistance and interference resistance through the braided sheath. The red connectors support quick installation and replacement.

Working Principle:

It operates based on the Seebeck Effect.

The two different metal conductors inside the probe (such as nickel-chromium and nickel-silicon in type K) generate a small thermoelectric potential under the influence of a temperature difference.

This thermoelectric potential is transmitted to the temperature controller via the high-temperature cable. The controller then converts the thermoelectric potential into a corresponding temperature value, thereby achieving real-time temperature monitoring and feedback.
