This is a high-pressure bellows-type temperature sensing element (temperature control power component), a core component for automatic temperature control in large commercial gas equipment and industrial heating systems.

Product Introduction:

It mainly consists of three parts: a copper temperature sensing probe, a metal-clad capillary tube, and a high-pressure bellows power element:

Copper Temperature Sensing Probe: Made of copper, it has excellent thermal conductivity and can quickly sense changes in the medium's temperature.

Metal-clad Capillary Tube: Wrapped in stainless steel, it is filled with a high-pressure sensing medium, capable of withstanding higher pressures and possessing strong resistance to mechanical damage.

High-Pressure Bellows: Made of brass, it can withstand higher internal pressures and directly drives valves or switches through expansion and contraction.

Working Principle:

It operates based on the purely mechanical principle of thermal expansion and contraction and pressure transmission: When the temperature sensing probe comes into contact with a heat source, the internal liquid working medium (such as propane or butane) evaporates and expands, generating high pressure.

This pressure is transmitted to the bellows through the metal capillary tube, causing it to produce precise mechanical displacement.

This displacement directly links to the gas valve or flow control valve, adjusting the fuel supply to stabilize the equipment temperature at the set value.
