1. Introduction:

      The tubular electric heating element (electric heating pipe) is made of metal tube (including stainless steel and copper tube), along the central axis of the tube, the spiral electric alloy wire (nickel chrome, iron chrome alloy) are uniformly distributed. The gap fills compacted magnesium oxide with good insulation thermal conductivity performance, the nozzle ends sealed with silicone, this metal armored heating elements can heat the air, metal molds and a variety of liquids.

Performance index:

1. heating time: under the test voltage, the time for the temperature heating from the ambient temperature to the test temperature shall not be greater than 15 min;
2. power rating deviation: under the condition of sufficient heat generation, the deviation of the component's power rating shall not exceed the following specified range; for components with power rating less than or equal to 100W, the deviation shall be: 10 %. Take the larger of + 5 % to - 10 % or 10W for components with rated power greater than 100W;
3. insulation resistance: cold insulation resistance shall not be less than 50mΩ during factory inspection.

A: Yes, generally, 1pc sample for free is available. But if you need more samples, we may need to charge you some cost. Besides, for certain products, it may need to open mold before sampling, then we shall need to have the mold fee before sample.

A: Generally it shall take 5~7days. For certain products, we need to prepare the materials for it. That depends.
