1. Core Structure:
It consists of four key parts:
1). Thermocouple Sensing Terminal (Long Copper Tube): A copper heat-sensitive component installed in the flame area of the stove burner, heated during combustion.
2). Spring + Bellows Actuator: An integrated linkage assembly combining a spring, metal bracket, and sealing ring, responsible for driving the opening and closing of the gas solenoid valve.
3). Capillary Tube (Copper Coil): The wire connecting the thermocouple and the solenoid valve, transmitting the weak current generated by the thermocouple.
4). Mounting Bracket: A metal mounting base used to secure the entire device inside the stove.

2. Working Principle:
Safety protection is achieved based on the "thermocouple thermoelectric effect + mechanical linkage":
During normal combustion: The flame heats the thermocouple sensing end, generating a weak current of approximately 10-30mV. This current is transmitted to the solenoid valve through the capillary tube, maintaining the solenoid valve's engagement (the gas passage remains open).
In case of accidental flameout: The temperature of the thermocouple sensing end drops sharply, the thermoelectric potential disappears, the current is interrupted, and the elasticity of the spring + bellows assembly pushes the solenoid valve core to close the gas passage, achieving "gas shut-off upon flameout."
