Ring-shaped Oven Heating Element is a kind of electric heating tube with closed ring structure as the core feature. With its unique geometric design and performance advantages, it is widely used in heating equipment in multiple scenarios.

Structure and material characteristics
1. Ring structure design
- Closed ring shape: a complete circle, ellipse or irregular ring (such as D-type, runway type), different from the straight or U-type electric heating tube, its ring structure can achieve 360° uniform heating and cover a larger heating area.
- Tube diameter and ring diameter specifications:
Tube diameter: common 6-12mm (stainless steel tube or metal tube), adjust the thickness according to power requirements (the greater the power, the thicker the tube diameter may be to carry more current).
Ring diameter: as small as 10cm (such as hot pot base ring tube), as large as 1m or more (large ring array of industrial ovens), adapt to the space requirements of different equipment.
2. Core materials and processes
- Pipes:
Food-grade scenarios (such as electric baking pans, hot pots): 304 stainless steel is used, which is corrosion-resistant and odorless, and meets food contact standards (such as GB 4806.9).
Industrial scenarios (such as ovens, dryers): nickel-chromium alloy (Cr20Ni80) or cast iron pipes are selected, which are resistant to high temperatures (up to 800°C), anti-oxidation, and suitable for long-term high-temperature conditions.
- Internal structure:
Resistance wire: Mostly nickel-chromium alloy wire (high resistivity, high temperature resistance), wound into a spiral shape and placed in the tube to ensure uniform heating.
Filling material: Magnesium oxide powder (MgO) is filled between the resistance wire and the tube wall, which has both insulation and thermal conductivity to improve heat conduction efficiency.

The ring-shape tube has a closed ring structure as its core advantage, and performs outstandingly in uniform heating, spatial adaptation and scene compatibility. From home kitchens to industrial production, its "ring-wrapped" heating characteristics solve the edge temperature difference problem of traditional linear electric heating tubes, making it the preferred solution for circular equipment and precision heating scenarios.
