The principle of the combination of Recirculating Air Furnace and Electric Heating Element:
The Recirculating Air Furnace is a device that heats through air circulation. The core principle is to use a fan to send cold air into the heating chamber, which is heated by the electric heating tube to form hot air, and then circulates to the use area through the air duct to achieve continuous heating or drying. The design of its electric heating tube must adapt to the needs of air convection heating and circulating heat dissipation. The difference from traditional baking trays and steamer electric heating tubes is:
- Heating object: not directly heating food or liquid, but heating the air medium;
- Heating method: relying on air flow to take away heat, and avoiding local overheating;
- Safety requirements: It needs to be equipped with temperature control and fan linkage devices to prevent dry burning (automatically cut off the power when there is no air flow).
