It is mainly sealed by brass tube. The heater is made of high-quality high-temperature resistance wire and high-temperature resistant mica board, and the outgoing line is made of high-temperature resistant fiber wire and metal ribbon, which makes the outgoing line wear-resistant and durable. The connection point of the brass band heater is connected with the heating element by brass pin and welded by silver fiber, so that the brass band heater is completely sealed.

The inner diameter of band heater is very important. Even a small error in diameter will bring trouble to installation, so the following parameters are required to be provided accurately when ordering:
1. Diameter (ring type: inner diameter mm or outer diameter mm when internal application is required; Square: length mm);
2. Width (mm);
3. Lead form, length and position;
4. Voltage & Power;
5. Single piece or double piece;
6. Location and size of thermocouple hole or notch;
7. Special gap width;
8. Ordered quantity.
