1. General composition:

       Cartridge heater consists of a cylindrical stainless steel tube and thus prevents itself from corrosion. The watt density can reach 25 W/cm² and the operating temperature can go up to 800°C. The cartridge heater is filled with magnesium oxide and compressed to avoid short-circuit.
There is a heating wire inside which is wound into a ceramic core. The number of coils varies depending on the power.

2. Features:

       Various cartridge heaters are available. We develop and manufacture cartridge heaters according to your special demands.

1). Mini cartridge heater:Diameter 2.2~5.9mm

2). Standard cartridge heater:Diameter 6~25mm

3). Big cartridge heater:Diameter 25~100mm

3. Manufacturing process:

       Put coil heating wires through the seamless steel pipe, copper or aluminum tube, Using filling machine more to fill insulation and thermal oxidation object evenly in the gaps,such as Crystal magnesium oxide powder (alumina or clean quartz sand are all available) etc.,And then use shrink tube machine contract pipe diameter, make oxide medium dense(make density achieves above 3.3 g/cm³),Ensure the heating wire cut off from the air, the center position touch pipe wall and don't offset.It can increase heating power more than ten times per unit area.the using life can be improved to more than 10 years,Comparing with large heating power electric element ,tubular heaters can save 5% material,Thermal efficiency can reach above 90%.

Stainless Steel	1. Immersion in oil, molten salt baths, alkaline cleaning solutions, tars and asphalt and so forth. 2. Also applicable to the situations of metal surfaces clamping & aluminum casting. Corrosive liquids, food processing equipment. Stainless steel 304 is the generally-used material.
Titanium	Generally for corrosive environment,so as to prevent the insulation deterioration phenomenon from turning to the moisture absorption.
Copper	Widely used for water heating, water solutions;
Incoloy	For air heating, radiant heating, plating and picking solutions, corrosive liquid. Usually for the conditions with high temperature.
