1. Product structure:

       The typical type cartridge heater (the most popular structure) is the same as the heating element in structure. Generally it is composed of the below parts: insulator, sealing material, leading rods, filling material, electric wire, metal protective casing and the terminal. The spiral heating wire and the leading rod are located in the middle of the metal protective casing, its manufacturing technology is to thread the spiral heating wire through the seamless steel pipe, copper or aluminum tube. And meanwhile, filling the gaps with insulated as well as heat-conducting oxidation medium evenly via the multi-tube filling machine. For example, the magnesium oxide powder(also available alumina or clean quartz sand, etc.). Then shrink the pipe diameter with the contracted pipe machine, so as to compact the oxide medium(to make the density to be more than 3.3 g/cm³), which can ensure to the heating wire to be insulated from the air.

       Then the calorific value per unit area can be increased by more than a dozen times. Also the life time of product can be corresponding increased to more than 10 years. Compared with the same electric heating element, the tubular electric heating element can save 5% electric heating material, and the thermal efficiency can reach above 90%.
