Incubator Parts Air Heating Element is a component that encapsulates the heating wire (nickel-chromium alloy or iron-chromium-aluminum alloy) in a metal tube (stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.) and achieves efficient heating by bending it into a U-shaped structure. Its core components include:
* Heating element: high resistivity alloy wire (such as Cr20Ni80), which is converted into heat energy after power is turned on.
* Filling layer: insulating thermal conductive materials such as magnesium oxide powder to ensure that the heating wire is insulated from the metal tube and conducts heat.
* Shell: high temperature resistant metal tube (tube diameter 6-12mm), common materials are 304 stainless steel (temperature resistance 800℃) or carbon steel (temperature resistance 500℃).
