Heat transfer is usely achieved by conduction or by radiation for high power heaters. They are suitable for solid heating as well as for liquids or gases heating. Mica band heater use good insulation property mica and heat-resistant propert , mica sheet as support and insulation layer, stainless steel board as support protection shell, it can be made as plate shape, sheet shape, column shape, canister shape, band shape etc. different shapes heating element. It can be designed high power as 1000W, max temperature 600 ° C.

       The Injection Moulding machine mica heater can also be formed to shapes such as "L" or "U" sections. Holes and cut outs to customer design can be easily accommodated. Flat Mica heaters must be clamped securely to the surface to be heated.
       Flat mica and flat sheathed heaters can be manufactured to almost any size. The limiting factors being the design of a suitable element tape and on large heaters, the ability to provide adequate clamping over a large surface area. Band heaters are manufactured in one piece construction up to 12" diameter.
