Manufacturing Method & Product Characteristics of High Temperature Resistant Ceramic Band Heater
The high-temperature resistant ceramic band heater is made by threading ceramic strips instead of mica wires, so the power of this product is 0.5~1.5 times higher than that of ordinary ones. The heating element is made of imported round silk ceramic, which is bent into a spring shape and passes through ceramic strips. The outer cover is made of stainless steel, and the middle is made of high-temperature thermal insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) to prevent temperature leakage. Ceramic strips are high-frequency ceramics, which have the characteristics of fast heat transfer, hard and unbreakable, no deformation at high temperature and no aging.
Product Features: Long service life, high temperature resistance, 30% reduction in energy consumption and high insulation. It is the most suitable electric heating product for extruder, injection molding machine and film blowing machine at present. Ceramic heaters also have the advantages of easy installation, fast heat transfer, good insulation, and no limitation of models and specifications.
