The band heater is made by the high temperature electrothermal alloy wire(used as the heating material) and the soft mica plate(sometimes the ceramic core, as the insulation material), besides, outside covered with thin metal plate(aluminum, stainless steel, etc.). Mainly used in electric kettle and some other electric appliance. Casting the metal tubular heating element inside the aluminum plate/board or just welding or inlaying at the aluminum plate/board, then constitute the electric heating plate of all shapes. Such as the electric rice cooker, electric iron, electric coffee pot and so forth.

The mica band heater is a kind of high-efficiency heat division uniform heater, with its excellent thermal conductivity of metal alloy, so as to ensure that the hot surface temperature is uniform, eliminate the hot and cold point of equipment. Has that advantage of long service life, good heat preservation performance, strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, magnetic field resistance and the like. The external radiating surface is added with a heat preservation device, and the internal radiating surface is sintered with infrared rays so as to save electricity by 35 %.
