1. Introduction:
Working principle of hot runner heater
The principle is that when thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, current is generated due to electromagnetic induction. And thicker metal after the current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, will lead to metal heating soon. The device is an energy-saving device for preheating or secondary heating fuel oil and constant-temperature heating of a plastic melting flow channel, and is arranged before the combustion device, so that the heating of the fuel oil before combustion is realized, the viscosity of the fuel oil is reduced at a high temperature ( 105 - 150 deg c ), full atomization combustion is promoted, and the like, and the purpose of energy conservation is finally achieved. It is widely used in heavy oil, asphalt, oil and other fuel oil pre-heating or secondary heating occasions and rubber and plastic manufacturing industry.
