Working Principle: 
The most commonly used thermostats for electric griddles are liquid expansion thermostats. They utilize the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the sensing fluid and the incompressibility of liquids to achieve automatic regulation. When the temperature of the controlled object changes, the liquid in the thermostat's sensing section expands and contracts accordingly, causing the membrane connected to the sensing section to expand or contract. This, through the lever principle, drives the switch on and off, achieving a constant temperature.

Features: 
Liquid expansion thermostats are widely used. Their temperature sensing components consist of a bulb, capillary tube, diaphragm, and expansion medium. When the bulb is heated, the expansion of the medium increases the pressure in the closed system, which translates into displacement of the diaphragm, triggering a snap-action switch, opening and closing the circuit. They offer a small on/off temperature difference, accurate temperature control, and a wide adjustment range.

Operational Process:
The thermostat is typically located on the griddle's burner surface. Dual-temperature-controlled griddles may have one on each side, and can be used individually or simultaneously. After turning on the power, turn the thermostat knob clockwise to align the desired temperature with the red dot. The heating indicator will illuminate, and the heating element will heat up. When the temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat automatically cuts off the power supply, the heating indicator light goes out, and the electric heating tube stops heating. When the temperature drops slightly, the thermostat automatically turns on the power supply again, the heating indicator light turns on, and the electric heating tube heats again. This cycle repeats to ensure that the temperature is constant within the set range.
