Electric Ceramic Bobbin Heater is characteristic by excellent oxidation resistance and very good form stability resulting in long element life.they are typically used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnaces and home appliances.The inner core of the electric heat radiant tube is composed of the u-shaped axial array end welded resistance wire and ceramic support frame.
There is no shield between inner core and the outer protective sleeve. It has good cooling function, the rated working temperature of electric heating radiant tube is 1000 degrees.The material of resistance wire Cr20Ni80 or 0 cr21Al6Nb. lts surface temperature can reach 1200 degrees.The highest working temperature of this kind of electric heating radiant tube can reach1000 degrees.
The frame use high alumina ceramic. The outer protective casing is made of cold drawing seamless thin-wall heat-resisting steel,its material is 1Cr25Ni35Si2 or 1Cr25Ni20 Si2.The material has high temperature and good oxidation resistance,better high temperature creep strength.
