Basic Working Principle:

I. Rotary Switching: Rotating the metal shaft causes the internal contact pieces to connect/disconnect with different terminal sets.

II. Gear Control: Different gears correspond to different contact combinations, thereby changing the circuit connection method and realizing the power switching of the heating element (e.g., individual heating of the upper and lower heating elements in an oven, simultaneous heating, grilling mode, etc.) or the switching and function selection of the equipment.

III. Electrical Isolation: The outer shell is made of high-temperature resistant insulating materials (such as bakelite/nylon) to ensure electrical safety in high-power, high-temperature environments.
