1. Introduction:

       The flange electric heating element( also called insertion electric heater ): which is processed on the basis of the general U-type electric heater. With reference to the design specification of different heating medium, assembling it to the flange cover according to the power configuration requirement, then inserting into the material that needs to be heated. Once the heating element works, it will give off a lot of heat, which will be conducted to the heated material, thus lead to the temperature rise of the medium, so as to meet the technical requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value of the process, the control system will adjust the output power according to the temperature sensor signal, so as to realize the temperature control of the resistive load of the heating element. In order to make the temperature of the medium uniform to meet the requirements, when the heating element is under the condition of over-temperature or low-liquid level, the interlock protection device of the heating element shall immediately cut off the heating power supply so as to avoid the burning matter of the heating element, and can further successfully prolong the service life.

       The flange heating element is mainly used for the heat preservation & heating of all kinds of tanks/containers/oil tanks material, generally for the filed of oil, chemical industry, food industry, machine producing and so forth.

The pipes shall be TIG welding for the fasteners and shall never leak. The fastener adopts a scientific technical process for the sealing treatment. The replacement of a single branch is extremely convenient, which has greatly save the cost for future maintenance.
