This is a surface-mount NTC thermistor temperature sensor, a commonly used, low-cost medium- and low-temperature temperature sensing element widely used in temperature monitoring of home appliances and electronic equipment.

Product Introduction:

It consists of a metal-encapsulated NTC thermistor probe, a black PVC insulated cable, and white plastic connectors:
The probe has a metal mounting plate for quick and easy mounting to the device surface using screws or clips;
The PVC cable is low-cost, flexible, and suitable for wiring in conventional environments;
The white connectors are standardized interfaces for easy connection to control boards.

Working Principle:

It operates based on the resistance-temperature characteristics of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) semiconductors: The NTC thermistor inside the probe is a semiconductor material whose resistance decreases non-linearly as the temperature rises; The device's control circuit measures the change in resistance to calculate the corresponding temperature, thus achieving temperature detection and control.
