5. The Most Intuitive Method to Verify the Quality:

       Before purchasing the best electric heating element to fulfills your need, you'd better have a good command of how to verify it. Here list the most intuitive way of verifying the advantage & disadvantage of an electric heating element. First, wipe the electric heating element surface carefully, and then turn on the AC 220V power supply, observe its burning in the dry air. Cut off the power once the surface is turning red. After the electric heating element cooling completely, wipe the surface with a clean paper napkin. If there's no black oxide powder(no chemical reaction with oxygen in the air), then it is the electric heating element of good quality. Otherwise, there's the black oxide powder that reflected the chemical reaction with the oxygen in the air, then it's not of good quality, it's impure.

A: Yes, generally, 1pc sample for free is available. But if you need more samples, we may need to charge you some cost. Besides, for certain products, it may need to open mold before sampling, then we shall need to have the mold fee before sample.

A: Generally it shall take 5~7days. For certain products, we need to prepare the materials for it. That depends.
