It is mainly sealed by brass tube. The heater is made of high-quality high-temperature resistance wire and high-temperature resistant mica board, and the outgoing line is made of high-temperature resistant fiber wire and metal ribbon, which makes the outgoing line wear-resistant and durable. The connection point of the brass band heater is connected with the heating element by brass pin and welded by silver fiber, so that the brass band heater is completely sealed.
Precautions for Use:
1). The stainless steel band heater is not a waterproof structure, so it should not be in contact with oil, water, or plastic particles during storage and installation to prevent leakage.
2). The stainless steel band heater must be tightly fitted to the heated body during installation, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.
3). If the surface of the stainless steel band heater is found to be burnt black after use, it indicates that the heat generation and heat dissipation of the heated body are unbalanced, and it should be adjusted in time to prevent burning through.
4). When heating a used stainless steel band heater, avoid repeated disassembly and assembly to prevent the alloy resistance wire from breaking and affecting the operating life.
5). Before installation, check whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the stainless steel band heater and whether the voltage used is consistent.
