High Thermal Efficiency Aluminium Casting Steam Heating Element for Electric Water Heater

Structure:
It typically consists of a die-cast aluminum outer shell, an internal electric heater, and a steam generation line. The electric heater is typically spirally wound into a cylinder and placed within the steam generation line. The die-cast aluminum surrounds the heater and steam generation line, forming a single, integrated structure. Some die-cast aluminum designs also incorporate an air heating channel within the center hole to heat the air.

Operating Principle:
When power is applied to the electric heater, the electrical energy is converted into heat. This heat is transferred to the water within the steam generation line through the excellent thermal conductivity of the die-cast aluminum, heating the water and converting it into steam. In some designs, the die-cast aluminum heater is also used to heat the air to meet specific application requirements, such as in steam hot air generators, where both steam and hot air are generated simultaneously.
