When the OCr25Ni20Si2 cover used in our factory is locally heated, the deformation of the tube is very small, which has no influence on the heating elements and the working environment in the furnace. Strong heat resistance, the normal use time is 6000~10000 hours.
(4) manufacturing process
There is no crack in the straightening process of electric heating wire; During the welding process, the welding meat is full and smooth, and there is no overheating segregation and virtual welding.
