1. Basic Introduction: 

The WDF WPF series refrigeration thermostat is a vapor pressure mechanical thermostat. 
It senses the internal temperature of the equipment through a temperature-sensing element (capillary tube + temperature-sensing bulb) and automatically controls the start and stop of the compressor to maintain a stable internal temperature. It also has basic defrosting linkage function and is a common accessory for household/commercial refrigeration equipment.

2. Working Principle: 
Based on the principle of vapor pressure change + mechanical contact opening and closing:
1) Temperature Sensing Stage: The thermostat's capillary tube (metal flexible tube) has a "temperature-sensing bulb" at the end, filled with a volatile temperature-sensing medium (such as refrigerant). When the internal temperature of the equipment rises, the medium expands due to heat, increasing the pressure.
2) Mechanical Action: The pressure is transmitted through the capillary tube to the bellows/diaphragm inside the thermostat, pushing the mechanical structure (such as a spring or lever) to close the contacts, connecting the compressor power supply, and the equipment begins cooling.
3) Cooling and Reset: When the temperature drops to the set value, the temperature-sensing medium contracts, the pressure decreases, the mechanical structure resets, the contacts open, and the compressor stops working; this cycle repeats to achieve stable temperature control.
