Factory Custom 3-Phase DN40/DN50 220V/380V Stainless Steel Flanged Immersion Heater

The product employs a three-U-shaped stainless steel heating element in parallel, combined with a DN40 (1.5-inch) standard hexagonal threaded flange installation method, achieving an ultra-large heat exchange area and high power output. Internally, it uses high-purity Ni80Cr20 nickel-chromium heating wire filled with high-density crystalline magnesium oxide powder (MgO), manufactured through precision processes such as high-temperature sintering and vacuum powder filling, featuring rapid heat conduction, excellent insulation, and strong thermal shock resistance.

It is specifically designed for large-capacity water tanks, boilers, hot water tanks, and liquid storage tanks, emphasizing rapid heating, high stability, and long service life, making it the preferred heating element for industrial hot water systems and large commercial equipment.
