Description of the Industrial Band Heater:
The band heater is made by the high temperature electrothermal alloy wire(used as the heating material) and the soft mica plate(sometimes the ceramic core, as the insulation material), besides, outside covered with thin metal plate(aluminum, stainless steel, etc.). Mainly used in electric kettle and some other electric appliance. Casting the metal tubular heating element inside the aluminum plate/board or just welding or inlaying at the aluminum plate/board, then constitute the electric heating plate of all shapes. Such as the electric rice cooker, electric iron, electric coffee pot and so forth. 

Features:
1. Sealed band heater in brass, with folded ends.
2. Band heater connection, waterproof technology.
3. Electric insulation by mica plate.
4. Connection: nickel core, fiberglass insulated + earth wire; protected by a galvanized steel braid.
5. Max. watt density : 5 W/cm². (Wattage tolerance: +5% -10%)

8. Max. operating temperature over the surface of the heater: 340ºC, depending on working conditions.
