Working Principle:

I. Gear Switching: Rotating the external knob causes the internal insulated cam to rotate the moving contact, making it contact or separate from the fixed contact of the corresponding gear.

II. Power Adjustment: Different gears correspond to different contact combinations. By changing the series and parallel connection of the heating elements, low, medium, and high power outputs are achieved.

III. Positioning Locking: The internal ratchet or spring positioning structure ensures that each gear has a clear locking position, preventing gear shifting due to vibration or accidental activation.
