Characteristics & Advantages
The internal structure of the timer mainly consists of the following three parts:
The first part is the power component, which consists of a one-way mechanism of the mainspring and the winding spring, so that when it is manually turned, it can only be tightened and will not loosen. Tightening the mainspring provides the power for the entire system.
The second part is the release component. A series of gear speed changes increase the number of rotations of the mainspring when it is relaxed. At the end of the gear system, there is an escape wheel, an escape claw and a hairspring to ensure that the gear system rotates at a constant speed under the drive of the mainspring. There is a device on the hairspring to adjust the length of the hairspring to adjust the frequency of the escape claw's swing to ensure that the gear rotates at the set speed, and the tightened mainspring will not be loosened all at once, nor will it be affected by the tightness of the mainspring and cause the speed to change.
The third part is the timing trigger device, which makes a certain gear in the gear system send out an electrical signal or mechanical signal after it turns to a certain angle, stops the power supply or sounds a bell.
The three parts work together to turn the timer to a certain scale, which actually does two things. One is to tighten the mainspring, provide power, and start the timer. The other thing is that the scale of the twist is to set the trigger position of the trigger mechanism. Then, under the control of the escape wheel, the entire structure slowly releases the power of the mainspring, and the gears at all levels begin to rotate at a constant speed until the trigger mechanism is activated.
