1. Introduction:
The cartridge heater refers to the connection of the single-ended electric heating tube. the connection side is in the form of a terminal, which is convenient for customers to go back and connect directly. Sometimes, for the convenience of customers, the terminal type single-head electric heating tube connector will also use a high and low porcelain head to prevent the two terminals from coming together. The single-ended electric heating tube has the characteristic of fast heating.
Working temperature ≤ 450 ºC.
Usage: plastic molding die, cigarette making machine, quick sealing machine, pharmaceutical machinery, etc.

2. Selection principle:
Stainless steel tubes and Incoloy tubes are generally used. If the water quality is serious, can adopt the tubes or the stainless steel tubes with coating. The stainless steel coated electric heating tube can be used under the condition of poor water quality and has good corrosion resistance. the general Incoloy gray code tubes are all made of 2520 material in China, which has the same effect.
