1. Introduction: 

Difference between the Cartridge Heater & the ordinary Heater:

1. appearance: there' s only one outgoing line(one end) of the cartridge heater, while the ordinary electric heating element has two outgoing line(two ends); 
2. the internal structure: they are different in the way of wire running. Especially the current imported cartridge heater, it is quite different from the ordinary electric heating element;
3. production process: there are more complex techniques being involved during the manufacturing of the cartridge heater. For example, the contracted pipe, it ensures the higher power and longer life time of the cartridge heater.

7. Installation notice:

(1)A horizontal installation, the inclination is not greater than 30 degrees.
(2) when used,matched with aluminum reflector or stainless steel reflector, flat or parabolic reflector. But parabolic reflector is the best: to improve the high utilization of radiation.
(3) Avoid excessive vibration and shaking.
(4)The optimal control of distance between the heating element and the object to be heated is 100 - 400 mm.
(5) Quartz heating elements are brittle materials,when installation and use,should be aware of safety, according to the specific circumstances of the object to be heated, to take the necessary protective measures in order to avoid mechanical damage.
(6) Measured lifetime of single tube heating element is 15000 hours, life of micky quartz tube up to ten years. In order to improve the radiation efficiency, should regularly clean the pipe surface dirt and dust.
