Cartridge Heater is a piece of equipment made of MgO power or MgO tube,ceramic cap,resistance wire(NiCr8020),High temperature leads,seamless stainless steel sheath(304,316)usually in tube form.Electric tubular heater Cartridge heaters are largely used to heat liquid ,soild or gas,the applicant in plastic industry is very wide,such as hot runner system,small mould heating ,plastic package,plastic injection moulding machine nozzle heating. Package and Cartridge is also used in the cigarette industry,footwear industry and thermofoming machinery. Cartridge heaters are manufactured in two basic forms - high density and low density. High density cartridge heaters are used to heat plastic injection moulds,dies,platents,and so forth,whereas low density cartridge heaters are more suitable for packaging machinery,heat sealing,labeling machines etc.
