Working Principle:
The Immersion Heater with Stem Thermostat is mainly composed of resistance heating wire and insulating material. When the electric water heater is powered on, the current passes through the heating wire in the heating tube, and the heating wire heats up accordingly, thereby converting electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the surrounding water.
The heating process is controlled by the thermostat. The sensor in the thermostat is responsible for collecting the current water temperature data. When the water temperature does not reach the preset value, the thermostat will make the heating element work; when the water temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat will cut off the power supply and stop heating to maintain the water temperature within the set range.

Copper Material - has good thermal conductivity, can quickly transfer heat to the surrounding water, and has high heating efficiency. However, copper is easy to oxidize and requires regular maintenance to ensure its performance and life.
