1. General composition:
The cartridge heater is a tubular electric heating element that adopts the traditional electric heating wires to heat up and raise the temperature in short time. It is mainly composed of electric heating wires of iron chromium aluminum alloy and nickel chromium alloy, a metal tube shell of stainless steel or copper tube, magnesium oxide powder filled in the tube with good insulation and heat conductivity, and sealing agents such as silica gel for sealing the two ends of the tube orifice.
2. Advantages:
1. Small diameter 3-25 mm.
2. The length is not limited and can be 20-2000 mm.
