The Ceramic Top Radiant Heating Element is the core heating component of the electric ceramic stove, which directly determines the heating efficiency, stability and service life of the equipment.

Working Principle: 

The Ceramic Top Radiant Heating Element works based on the dual principles of electric current thermal effect and infrared radiation heating. When the current passes through the resistance wire (mostly nickel-chromium alloy) in the heating plate, the resistance wire generates heat due to its own resistance and releases a large amount of far infrared rays. The heat is transferred to the contacting pot through heat conduction, and the infrared rays penetrate the surface of the pot to directly heat the internal material, achieving "simultaneous heating inside and outside", and the thermal efficiency is higher than that of traditional electric stoves (usually up to 60%-70%).

Structural Composition: 

It's mainly composed of resistance wire, insulating material, metal shell, electric ceramic disk protective cover, microcrystalline glass plate and temperature detection component.
- Resistance wire is generally nickel-chromium alloy, which is the heating core;
- Insulating material is used for heat insulation and safety protection;
- Metal shell plays a supporting and protective role;
- Electric ceramic disk protective cover prevents damage to heating wire;
- Microcrystalline glass plate is resistant to high temperature and allows infrared rays to pass through;
- Temperature detection component is responsible for monitoring temperature.
