1. Introduction:

       The electric tubular heater is a kind of heating element. It is covered with the metallic conduits(including the stainless steel, copper tube etc.), with the spiral electric heating wire evenly distributed along with the center shaft of the heating element. Filled the spacing with magnesium oxide sand that is of good thermal conductivity. And sealed with silicone at the end of tube. Metal covered heating element of this kind is be used to heat the air, metal mold and all kinds of liquid.

Generally speaking, once plugging into the electric power, the carbon fiber quartz electric heating element will not generate any instantaneous power shock, even with the long-term constant start & shutdown work, the power will still be stable within a certain tolerance range. 
2.High thermal efficiency:
It can save 30% more energy than the other metal product when heating. It is quick in the rise of temperature, the carbon fiber heating material. Therefore, it is equipped with the characteristics of rapid heating, low heat lag, uniform heat transfer, and fast heat transfer. Besides, its luminous flux is far less than the other metal heating material when working. The heat transfer efficiency is up to over 95% (i.e., you use a 1000w conventional thermal tube, which requires only 700 w for the carbon electric heating element).
