1. Introduction:

       Flange electric heating element(also known as the plug-in electric heater): U-shaped tubular electric heating element is adopted, which is assembled on the flange cover according to the design specification of heating different media according to the power configuration requirements, inserted into the material to be heated, and a large amount of heat generated when the heating element works is conducted to the heated media to raise the temperature of the media to meet the required process requirements.

     
2. Features:

       It can save 30% more energy than the other metal product when heating. It is quick in the rise of temperature, the carbon fiber heating material. Therefore, it is equipped with the characteristics of rapid heating, low heat lag, uniform heat transfer, and fast heat transfer. Besides, its luminous flux is far less than the other metal heating material when working. The heat transfer efficiency is up to over 95% (i.e., you use a 1000W conventional thermal tube, which requires only 700 w for the carbon electric heating element).
