1. Performance & applications:
Most of the combined flange heat pipe adopts argon arc welding method to connect the electric heating pipe to the flange, also can use the form of fastening device, namely each electric heating pipe welding by fasteners. And then locked with the flange cover using nuts. The tube is argon arc welded to the fastener and never leaks. The fastener seal uses a scientific process. Single replacement is extremely convenient, greatly saving the maintenance cost in the future.

Installation method:
There're two general installation methods.
The first one is the side mounting: the round wire seat is welded to the box body. Tighten the heating pipe to the wire seat; The other one is the top mounting: when adopting this installation method, attentions should be paid to the length of the cold zone, avoiding the formation of local high temperature which may lead to the burning of the whole electric heating element.
5. Applications:
Flange heating element is mainly used for heat preservation and heating of materials in various tanks, containers and oil tanks in the petroleum, chemical, food and machinery industries.
6. Instruction for use:
1.The electric heating element is mounted against the wall of the cell, in which it can be placed between the plate and the wall of the electrolytic bath.
2.Can adopt the below installations: such as the slot edge fixing, slot wall fixing, pole hanging...and the wiring installation plate is matched with the support part to drill, and the bolts are fastened.
3.Pay attention to three-phase balance when wiring, do not connect 220 v or 380 v power supply wrong.
4.Safe grounding, through the leakage switch.
5.Keep a certain distance between heating pipes, if close to each other easy to overheat.
