This is a high-temperature resistant NTC thermistor temperature sensor, commonly used in high-temperature, oily/moisture-prone environments (such as kitchen appliances and industrial equipment).

Working Principle:

The core component is an NTC thermistor (Negative Temperature Coefficient thermistor): As temperature rises, the thermistor's resistance decreases non-linearly; as temperature falls, the resistance increases. The sensor is in close contact with the surface of the object being measured via a ring terminal, converting temperature changes into a resistance signal, which is transmitted to the controller via wires to achieve temperature monitoring or control.
