This is a ZH-001/ZH-001B dual-group snap-action thermostat, integrating two types of mechanical temperature control protection components. It is commonly used in appliances with higher requirements for power and voltage compatibility.

Working Principle:

The core is based on a bimetallic strip thermal deformation snap-action mechanism:
The internal disc-shaped bimetallic strip is made of two metals with significantly different coefficients of thermal expansion pressed together;
When the appliance temperature reaches the set value, the bimetallic strip "snap-action" deforms due to heat, triggering the contacts to open and disconnect the circuit;
After the temperature drops, the bimetallic strip resets, and the contacts reclose (or manual reset is required), achieving temperature control and overheat protection.
