1. The core value of the spiral ring design
Maximize the heating area: The three-circle/four-circle circular structure increases the heating length to 3-4 times that of the linear type (such as the equivalent heating length of the Φ200mm four-circle heating tube is about 2.5m), and the heat radiation coverage area is expanded by 50% under the same power.
Optimize the uniformity of the thermal field: The spiral layout forms a ring heat flow, and the temperature uniformity of ±3℃ can be achieved with the fan in the equipment (such as the air fryer) (the temperature difference of the linear heating tube is ≥8℃).
2. Technical breakthrough of dry-burning material
High-temperature resistant alloy substrate: Ni80Cr20 nickel-chromium alloy (melting point 1400℃), the surface is sprayed with MgO insulation layer + 316L stainless steel sheath, which can withstand dry-burning temperature of 800-1000℃ (the dry-burning limit of ordinary heating tubes is 500℃).
Anti-coking performance: The surface roughness of the stainless steel sheath is Ra≤1.6μm, and it is easy to clean after the grease is carbonized, which reduces the coking rate by 70% compared with cast iron heating tubes.
