1. General structure:

       The flange heating element is of highly dense and compact for the structure.  
       Due to the overall short and dense characteristics, it's featured with good stability as well as easy installation without support. The combination type mostly adopts argon arc welding method to make the electric heating tube connecting with the flange, or it can use the form of fastening device, that is, each electric heating tube is welded by fasteners. Then lock it to the flange cover tightly via the help of nuts. The pipes shall be TIG welding for the fasteners and shall never leak. The fastener adopts a scientific technical process for the sealing treatment. The replacement of a single branch is extremely convenient.
