The KP series pressure controller is a mechanical pressure control element designed for refrigeration and air conditioning systems to prevent the system suction pressure from being too low or the discharge pressure from being too high.

Working Principle: 
When the system pressure rises above or below the rated safety pressure, the elastic element (such as a bellows) within the pressure controller will shift, pushing the switch connector on or off via the connecting rod, thereby changing the on/off state of the circuit and controlling the measured pressure. When the pressure drops to or rises to the rated recovery value, the elastic element resets, and the switch automatically resets.

Features:
- Protection: Prevents low suction pressure and high discharge pressure in the refrigeration system, protecting the compressor and fan.
- Reliable Electrical Performance: Utilizes a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) changeover switch with high contact load capacity, such as AC1 up to 16A, 400V, providing strong load capacity.
- Environmental Resistance: Available protection levels are IP30, IP44, and IP55, adapting to diverse environmental conditions and offering vibration and shock resistance.
- Compact Design: The fully welded bellows construction ensures long-term stable operation. Select models also feature a manual trip function for convenient electrical contact function testing.
