Thickened 304 Stainless Steel BBQ Grill Heating Element with Long Service Life 

The application of BBQ Grill Heating Element covers many scenarios such as home, business, and industry. Its design needs to be customized in combination with the type of baking pan and usage requirements (such as temperature, efficiency, and safety).

Material:
* Nickel-chromium alloy (such as Cr20Ni80): High temperature resistance (up to 1100℃), strong oxidation resistance, commonly used in commercial and industrial baking pans, with a normal life of 5000-10000 hours.
* Fe-chromium-aluminum alloy (such as FeCrAl): Low cost, but easy to brittle at high temperature, more used in household baking pans, with a life of about 3000-5000 hours.
* Stainless steel shell (such as 304/316 stainless steel): Corrosion-resistant, when used with nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, the life can be extended to more than 8000 hours (especially suitable for the humid fume environment of commercial barbecue shops).

Structural Design:
* Diameter and wall thickness: The thicker the diameter (such as 10-12mm) and the thicker the wall (0.8-1mm), the more uniform the heat dissipation and the longer the lifespan can be increased by 20%-30%.
* Filling material: High-quality magnesium oxide powder (good insulation and high thermal conductivity) can prevent oxidation of the heating wire. Poor-quality filling materials can shorten the lifespan to less than 50%.
