Answer-1:
Yes, the enamel heating element is acid and alkali resistant. However, at the same time, attention should be paid to the speed of heating and cooling, or else, it may lead to slightly crack.

The stainless steel heating element and the enamel heating element, which one is better?
Answer-2:
That depends on the customers' specific actual usage. Besides, when selecting the suitable heating element, customers also need to take into considerations of the properties of the heated material. Both the enamel and the stainless steel are acid and alkali resistant material, between which the enamel has a better anti-corrosion capability. However, if not properly used, the improper use can easily lead to tube bursting. In addition, the stainless steel prices are relatively high, but not easily broken.

What's the difference between the enamel immersion heater and the stainless steel immersion heater?
Answer-3.
The immersion heater is composed of the following four parts: shell(stainless steel tubes, cooper tubes etc.), medium(Magnesium oxide powder, quartz powder), the electric heating wire and the outlet rod. Once energized, the electric heating wire will be heated and then heat the water. Similar to the electric furnace, dry or low water level is strictly prohibited, otherwise it is easy to damage. Even the enamel falls off, as long as the electrical heating wire does not burn off then the immersion heater still can be used.
