1. Performance & applications:

       When the temperature of the medium reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater after PID operation according to the temperature sensor signal, and realizes temperature control on the resistive load of the heating element. Make the temperature of the medium uniform and meet the required requirements; When the heating element is overtemperature or low liquid level, the interlock protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent the heating element from burning and prolong the service life.

1. Stable electrical property:
Generally speaking, once plugging into the electric power, the carbon fiber quartz electric heating element will not generate any instantaneous power shock, even with the long-term constant start & shutdown work, the power will still be stable within a certain tolerance range. 
2.High thermal efficiency:
It can save 30% more energy than the other metal product when heating. It is quick in the rise of temperature, the carbon fiber heating material. Therefore, it is equipped with the characteristics of rapid heating, low heat lag, uniform heat transfer, and fast heat transfer. Besides, its luminous flux is far less than the other metal heating material when working. The heat transfer efficiency is up to over 95% (i.e., you use a 1000w conventional thermal tube, which requires only 700 w for the carbon electric heating element).

Installation method:



       There're two general installation methods. 
       The first one is the side mounting: the round wire seat is welded to the box body. Tighten the heating pipe to the wire seat; The other one is the top mounting: when adopting this installation method, attentions should be paid to the length of the cold zone, avoiding the formation of local high temperature which may lead to the burning of the whole electric heating element. 



5. Applications:

      It is widely applicable to all kinds of processing devices, such as the nitrite tank, water tank, oil tank, acid base tank, fusible metal melting furnace, air heating furnace, drying oven, drying oven, hot pressing mould and so forth. 

     
 
6. Instruction for use:

1.The electric heating element is mounted against the wall of the cell, in which it can be placed between the plate and the wall of the electrolytic bath. 
2.Can adopt the below installations: such as the slot edge fixing, slot wall fixing, pole hanging...and the wiring installation plate is matched with the support part to drill, and the bolts are fastened.
3.Pay attention to three-phase balance when wiring, do not connect 220 v or 380 v power supply wrong.
4.Safe grounding, through the leakage switch.
5.Keep a certain distance between heating pipes, if close to each other easy to overheat.
