This is a gas temperature control valve temperature bulb assembly (also called a volumetric temperature sensor or temperature controller sensing tube), a core temperature control component for gas ovens, gas fryers, and similar equipment.

Working Principle:

It operates based on the physical principles of liquid thermal expansion and contraction and pressure transmission:
I. The sensing tube (probe) is filled with a special temperature-sensitive liquid (such as silicone oil or fluorinated liquid).

II. When the temperature rises, the liquid expands due to heat, and the resulting pressure is transmitted through a capillary tube to a diaphragm/bellows at the other end.

III. The diaphragm/bellows deforms under pressure, pushing the valve stem and other mechanical structures, thereby closing the gas valve, reducing the gas flow, and lowering the equipment temperature.

IV. When the temperature drops, the liquid contracts, the pressure decreases, and the valve opens accordingly, increasing the gas flow and maintaining the set temperature.
