China Factory Supply 220V/380V Household Rice Steamer Heating Element with CE

Stainless Steel Rice Steamer Heating Elemnet is the mainstream heating elements of househould / commercial steamers. With their corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, they are suitable for steam environments. The internal nickel-chromium resistance wire is wrapped and filled with magnesium oxide powder for insulation and heat conduction. The tube diameter is Φ8-14mm, and the length is customized according to the volume of the steamer (for example, a 600mm long electric heating element is commonly used in a 120L steamer).

Material Selection:
1) 304 stainless steel: Contains 8% nickel and 18% chromium, has strong resistance to water vapor oxidation, can be used for a long time in a 100℃ steam environment, and the passivation film formed on the surface can prevent rust.
Typical parameters:
- Tube diameter: Φ8-12mm, length 200-800mm (suitable for 50-300L steamers).
- Power: 2-10KW, 220V/380V universal, heating efficiency is about 80%-85%.
Suitable for regular steaming rice scenes such as ordinary canteens, fast food restaurants, and hotel kitchens.

2) 316 stainless steel: Add 2% molybdenum, 40% stronger than 304 in acid, alkali and salt spray corrosion resistance, and significant resistance to chloride ion (such as residual chlorine in tap water) corrosion.
Typical parameters:
- Power density: ≥3W/mm² (20% higher than 304), faster heating speed.
- High temperature resistance: can withstand 400℃ high temperature for a short period of time (304 is 300℃), suitable for frequent dry burning test scenarios.
Suitable for restaurants in coastal areas (anti-salt spray), hospital canteens (anti-disinfectant water corrosion), food processing plants (steaming acidic ingredients such as lemon steamed fish).

3) 310S stainless steel: Contains 25% chromium and 20% nickel, high temperature resistance up to 1200℃, but the thermal conductivity is lower than 304/316 (about 60% of it).
Suitable for industrial-grade steamers (such as sterilization equipment that requires steam temperature higher than150℃) and special process steaming equipment (such as Chinese medicine steaming cabinet).
