Threaded copper tip temperature sensors are commonly used contact-type temperature measuring elements in industrial and equipment applications. They achieve accurate monitoring of the surface temperature of liquids, gases, or equipment by utilizing the efficient heat conduction of the copper tip and the resistance change of the built-in temperature-sensing element. They also feature flexible installation and rapid response.

Working Principle:
Measurement is based on the "resistance-temperature characteristic":
- When the copper tip contacts the object being measured, heat is rapidly transferred to the internal temperature-sensing element;
- The resistance of the temperature-sensing element (such as Pt100) changes with temperature (Pt100 has a resistance of 100Ω at 0℃, and the resistance increases by approximately 0.385Ω for every 1℃ increase in temperature);
The wires transmit the resistance signal to an external device, which then converts it to obtain the actual temperature value.
