This is the KSD305 high-power snap-action thermostat, a bimetallic strip temperature-sensing overheat protection switch.

Its core function is "automatic power-off upon overheating, followed by cooling and reset (or manual reset)," making it a critical safety component for high-power appliances.

Its main application scenarios include:
- High-power water heaters: instantaneous electric water heaters, commercial storage water heaters, electric water faucets

  (commonly 95℃ specification with anti-dry-burning protection);
